Fluidity Freerun are the original professional Freerunning group in South Wales. Starting in 2005 , and over the last 16 years we have performed across the world, ran hundreds of classes and community workshops, worked on adverts, films and productions , as well as providing consultancy, stunts and much more!

Our experienced coaches are passionate about helping you unlock your potential and achieve your goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to get started or a seasoned pro looking to take your skills to the next level, we have the resources and expertise to help you or your child succeed. With a variety of classes and programs to choose from, including PAYG Drop In Parkour Classes, Open Sessions, The Fusion Course, Birthday Packages, Learn to Flip Crash Courses and more, there's something for everyone within the Academy.

Amazing place, the kids loved it, from the 4-year-old up to the 14-year-old plus the 7 and 11 year old sin-between it was great fully recommend this place
