INFORMATION OF EACH CLASS

Little Ninjas

Ages 4-6
One of our most popular coaching session, this is for anyone 4-6 years with lots of energy and a knack for bouncing off the walls (and sofas) at home. We’ll teach the fundamentals of safe practice through games and challenges, set up minim obstacle courses and really help the little ones get to grips with hand-eye coordination, strength & flexibility and build confidence.  

Youth Drop In  

Ages 7-12
A PAYG session for anyone 7-12 years of age looking for an introduction to the sport. Each week our coaches will provide different sets of skills and practices aimed at getting you a broad but basic understanding of Parkour/ Freerunning. 

Teen

Ages 12-16
This coach lead session specifically for teens will motivate and inspire good practice and safe techniques. A 1h session designed to get the best out of the age group, while ensuring terminology, cultural understanding and history of the sport is understood, without forgetting to have fun and push our limits. 

Adult 16+ PARKOUR

Ages 16+ Adults
This is an ideal starting place for any adult to start their journey, hone their skills or use Parkour as a fun, alternative way of keeping fit. All abilities welcome and you will never be given anything out of your depth to try. This session has a great vibe with inclusivity and encouragement at its heart. 

APE Fitness

Ages 12+
APE stands for Athlete Progression Enhancement. This is a great pathway for anyone exceeding the Fusion course. You will be training in a casual way with Callum, using weights, working on callisthenics and conditioning to better yourself as an athlete. Ideal for anyone wanting to work on muscle tone in a non standard gym environment.   

The Fusion Course

Ages 9-16, Adults
Students will begin integrating new movements including tricking, flips from heights, and skills on railings into their repertoire.

Funky Fridays

Ages 16+
This adult session (16+) explores alternative styles and methods of Parkour and Freerunning. Experimentation is key and there is no right or wrong way of doing. Coach led with some free time to play at the end. This session is highly inclusive and supportive in everyday life. 

Mixed Open Sessions.


Ages 16+
Mixed Open Sessions are for anyone looking for independent training sessions, play-time with your mates or simply a slot to do as you please, within the rules of the Academy.   

For Kids Ages 4-8

KINDERKOUR

Ages 4-5
Our Kinderkour program focuses on improving balance, coordination, and spatial awareness in our incredible environment. With safety as our number one priority, our coaches will guide students through ever-changing obstacle courses designed to develop strength and motor skills that will last a lifetime.

TADPOLES

Ages 6-8
Tadpoles focus on building confidence and foundational skills necessary to continue further growth in the disciplines of Parkour and Freerunning. Guided by our gentle and encouraging coaches, Tadpoles learn to perform moves in the safe environment of our gym.

Open Gym

MONITORED KIDS OPEN GYM

Ages 9-16
This one is for the kids. Open gym for the 9-16 year-old crowd, monitored by our experienced coaches. This is not an instructional class, but a chance for younger students to have some fun and extra practice time in certain areas of the gym (to be determined by coaches).

MIXED OPEN GYM

Ages 9+
Held intermittently at each location, this is an opportunity for kids (at least 9 years old) and adults to train together! Our classes are typically split by levels and ages, so this is a great opportunity for everyone to come together, or families to have the chance to train.

ADULT OPEN GYM

Ages 16+
An opportunity for anyone 16 and over to make use of the entire Academy. Anyone 16 or 17 years old will need to show a parent's ID as well as proof of their age.
